I disagree with previous review. I have dined at Minerva's several times over the past few years. Minerva and staff have consistently been very friendly and accommodating. She always comes to our table to check on things multiple times. Food is great. Chicken picatta is wonderful! Besides , how many restaurants do you dine in that the owner is actually there?

I want to respond to l.t. review this afternoon. Two nice lady's came into minervas at 1130 am and requested a table for a party of 1o people with no reservation. They were not sure how many were showing up . One of my employees did not show up so I was caught off guard by the busy lunch we had. I had several tables come in while they were eating And the table requested 10 separate checks at the end. It takes time to separate checks when paying with credit cards they all seemed in a hurry and was trying to be polite but at the end a few lady's seemed to get upset and The owner tried to apologies but a few got rude and said some bad things. This is a great place for lunch and dinner and the staff is very hospitable. L.t. needs to understand that this is not a corporate Chain restaurant and we depend on the locals and regulars and the snowboards to make this place successful. We love and appreciate all of our guests and sometimes a few bad apples spoil a bunch. We are sorry for there experience they may have had but I Wil guarantee that your friends and family will feel welcome and much appreciated if decide to dine with us. We are a family and local owned business and we want to insure your fine dining experience. Happy holidays from minervas .

What a pleasant and unexpected surprise. Tucked away in corner of shopping center. Was Looking for place with outside seating since we had our puppies with us and stumbled upon this gem. Diverse menu - from pizza to pasta to fresh seafood. ...had Pasta Putenesca and partner had pork chops...both delicious. Waiter was very helpful and patient as we were so indecisive in our selection..very friendly people and the owner was there and stopped by to say hello and make sure we liked our food. Her husband is the chef. Would definitely eat there again!

WAY too expensive and small portions. Had a gyro that wasn't worth more than $5 for $11. I usually take home half my meal, but not today! It came with 8 fries. The only good thing I can say is I didn't overeat.

Pretty disappointed! The waitress was mediocre, kitchen staff kept walking through the dining area with plastic gloves. The food tasted like it was purchased at the Publix next door in the freezer section, the veal Marsala was a plate of mush. Not worth the price. Don't waste your time, plenty of better places around. Whom I believe was the owner asked us how we liked our meal "it was okay" she just said huh and walked away. Not very friendly or fresh here! Wine that was ordered had something floating in it. The only good thing about this place was the decor. It was so bad it spurred me to create a yelp account just to share the experience.

It's 830 on Friday and I couldn't even walk in. It was LOUD as heck with mediocre music. Don't come here if you want to talk to the one you are with.

My husband had a delicious shrimp and scallop pasta entre. I had a great cream chicken piccata entre. The service was excellent and the staff welcoming and friendly throughout our dinner. The atmosphere was conducive to good conversation with our friends!

Eight of us received excellent service and excellent food. We don't understand any of the bad reviews because the Veal Francaise, veal piccata, grouper, salmon, veal parmigiana were all very good. No complaints at all.

Read the bad reviews. Sounds like bad rude customers to me. Having an executive chef for a son i hear all the stories so I discounted all those reviews I had the tuna sashimi salad and my husband blackened grouper sandwich. My tuna was cooked to perfection and the salad was fresh and full of flavor and so was my husbands. The waiter made us some sort of rum drink that packed a punch. No lacking in flavor or alcohol for that. Definitely be back. Love that they have a smoking patio.

Great food and even better service. What more can I say? Upon arriving we were met by the owner Minerva. Our server Alan was so nice. We decided to have some pizzas and boy what a surprise none of that pseudo greasy New York style pizza, but a very decent handmade pie. Minerva's husband is the chef and makes the pie from scratch. They also have a good selection of beers. We recommend and may come back the next time we come to the area. Oh yeah, they had music being played on the day - a Saturday, but I did not think it was overwhelming.
